Is this official Anthropic merchandise?
No. Claude Code Merch is an independent fan store. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Anthropic in any way. We are developers who use Claude Code daily and wanted merch that reflects that, so we made it ourselves.
How does sizing work?
Shirts and hoodies run true to size for a classic unisex cut. Size up if you prefer an oversized fit. Every product page includes the manufacturer's measurement chart, and comparing it against a garment you already own is the most reliable way to choose.
The dad hat has an adjustable strap and fits nearly every head, so no sizing decision is needed there.
Where do orders ship from?
US orders ship from our production facilities in the US. International orders ship from the facility best positioned to reach you, which keeps shipping distances shorter.
How long does shipping take?
Because each item is made to order, most orders ship within a few business days of purchase. Delivery time after that depends on your location and carrier. US deliveries are typically quicker, and international deliveries take longer and can vary with customs processing. You will get tracking either way.
What is your return and exchange policy?
If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, we replace it at no cost. Send a photo through the contact page and we will take care of it.
Sizing exchanges and change-of-mind returns are handled per the returns policy page. Reading the size chart before ordering saves everyone a round trip.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payments are processed by Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay where your device supports them. Card details never touch our servers.
Will I pay taxes or customs duties on an international order?
Possibly. Depending on your country, customs may charge import duties, VAT, or handling fees when the package arrives. Those charges are set by your local authorities and are not included in our checkout price, so they are the buyer's responsibility.
How do I track my order?
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships. International tracking can take a little longer to show movement, especially while a package is in customs, so a quiet tracking page for a few days is normal.
How should I wash printed apparel?
Turn it inside out, wash cold with like colors, and tumble dry low or hang dry. Avoid bleach and avoid ironing directly on the print. Direct-to-garment prints hold up well under that routine.
Hats are spot clean only. A damp cloth and mild soap will handle most of what life throws at a brim.
Why does my new shirt smell faintly of vinegar?
That is the pretreatment solution used in direct-to-garment printing, and it is completely normal on a freshly printed shirt. It washes out entirely the first time through the laundry.
Do the designs change over time?
Yes, that is part of the fun. We add designs as the agentic coding world gives us new material, and we occasionally retire ones that have run their course. If you love a design, buy it while it is listed, because retired prints do not come back.
Can I suggest a design?
Please do. Some of the best in-jokes come from the trenches, and we would rather print your idea than our tenth-best one. Send it through the contact page. If we print it, we will let you know.
