Shipping
Every item is made for your order. Production typically takes a few business days before the package ships. You get an email with the carrier tracking number the moment it leaves the facility.
US orders ship from US facilities. International orders route to the facility nearest you, which keeps transit times and customs friction down.
Shipping rates shown at checkout are live quotes for your address and cart. We cannot guarantee exact arrival dates, so for time-sensitive orders (gifts, events) please order early.
International orders, duties, and taxes
Orders shipped outside the United States may be charged import duties, VAT, or handling fees by your local customs authority on delivery. Those charges are set by your country, are not included in our checkout total, and are the recipient's responsibility.
Returns & exchanges
Because every item is made to order, returns work a little differently than at a warehouse store.
Misprinted, damaged, or defective items
If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We will replace it or refund it at no cost to you. This is the strongest part of the policy and we honor it without hassle.
Wrong size or changed your mind
We cannot restock an opened tee the way a warehouse shop can. Check the size guide on each product page before ordering. If a size is wrong, contact us and we will work out an exchange where the circumstances allow it. Return shipping for non-defect returns is the customer's responsibility.
Lost in transit
If tracking shows your package stalled or lost, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will arrange a replacement.

Privacy
Claude Code Merch respects your privacy. This policy describes how we collect, use, and safeguard your data when you visit the site or place an order.
Information we collect
We collect what you provide directly: your name, email address, and shipping address when placing an order, and your email address if you join the newsletter. We may also automatically collect technical data such as IP address and browser type through cookies and similar technologies.
How we use it
- Processing and fulfilling your orders
- Sending order status and tracking emails
- Providing customer support
- Improving the site
- Sending the newsletter (only if you subscribed)
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers.
Fulfillment
To produce and ship your order we share your name, shipping address, and order contents with our production partner. They use it only to make and deliver your order.
Bot protection
Our contact and newsletter forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to filter automated spam. Turnstile may process technical signals about your browser. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for details.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting admin@rovaweb.com.
This policy may be updated periodically. Changes will be posted on this page.
